This notice describes the use of cookies and similar technologies on the MindStim website, operated by MindStim SRLS with registered office at Via Trento 27, 64014 Martinsicuro (TE).
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that websites send to the user's device, where they are stored and then sent back to the same sites on subsequent visits. Among other things, they are used to store preferences or ensure the correct technical operation of pages.
2. Cookies used by MindStim
MindStim uses technical cookies necessary for the site to function and, subject to consent via banner, measurement/marketing cookies to evaluate the effectiveness of promotional campaigns (Meta Pixel).
If the therapist logs in with an account, Supabase Auth may set session cookies strictly necessary for login (see table).

3. Legal basis and consent
Technical cookies strictly necessary for the site to function or to store a preference explicitly requested by the user (such as language) may be installed without prior consent, under applicable law and the guidelines of the Italian Data Protection Authority.
Marketing cookies (Meta Pixel) are installed only after consent given via the banner at the bottom of the page. You may withdraw or change your consent at any time using the Marketing cookie preferences section at the bottom of this page.
4. Managing cookies in your browser
Users may configure their browser to block or delete cookies. Disabling technical cookies may impair some features, such as retaining language preference between visits or logging into the therapist account.
