2. Nature of the service
MindStim is an online technical tool for managing bilateral stimulation (BLS) in psychotherapy contexts, in particular EMDR. The service allows the professional to control the session and the patient to view the stimulus via a dedicated link, with real-time synchronisation.
MindStim does not replace clinical judgment, professional training or the therapist's responsibilities. Use of the service is reserved for qualified professionals acting in compliance with applicable law and the ethical rules of their profession.
The service is intended exclusively for persons acting for purposes related to their professional activity (business-to-business relationship); it is not aimed at consumers or patients acting independently.
3. Terms of use
Access to and use of the site and service imply acceptance of this legal notice, the privacy policy and the cookie policy.
When creating an account, acceptance of this legal notice and confirmation of having read the privacy notice take place via a dedicated checkbox. The Company records the date, time and version of documents accepted for evidential and accountability purposes.
The user undertakes to use the service lawfully, not to compromise its security or availability and not to use it for unlawful purposes or purposes contrary to public order.
The Company may suspend or limit access to the service for maintenance, security or updates, with a duty of care to restore availability.
4. Intellectual property
Texts, trademarks, logos, graphical interface, software code and site content are owned by the Company or respective licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution or modification is prohibited.

The professional remains solely responsible for therapeutic choices, informed consent, verification of technical requirements on the patient side and compliance with applicable law.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction
This legal notice is governed by Italian law. For any dispute relating to the interpretation, validity or performance of this document, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection rules, the Court of Teramo shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
